Video: 2022 BBSA Summer Softball Camp

First day of 2022 BBSA Summer Softball Camp.

The opening day of the Bhutan Baseball and Softball Association (BBSA) three-day 15U Summer Softball Camp got off to an exciting start on Wednesday, August 17, with 24 participants at Changlimithang National Stadium.

The 15U Summer Softball Camp consists of girls who participated in the recently concluded 15U Bhutan Amateur Baseball League, and also girls who are interested in learning how to play softball.

The camp, which is led by BBSA International Coach Marvin Moore along with Bhutanese coaches Choki Tenzin, Jigdrel Wangchuk, and Pratap Cameyon, provides participants an opportunity to improve their softball fundamentals, and is also a path of selection for the Bhutan 15U National Softball Team.

The BBSA is the national governing body for baseball and softball in Bhutan, and is a member of the Bhutan Olympic Committee and the World Baseball Softball Confederation.
