Coach Marvin Moore

Marvin Moore, Director of Baseball Operations/Head Coach - Sr. National Team and U18 National Team

Marvin has coached in the United States, Switzerland, Philippines, Brunei, and Bhutan. He transformed a woeful Swiss National Baseball Team into a B-Pool contender that upset Ukraine (1994 European Championship B-Pool Champion) in Ljubljana, Slovenia. The native Texan won three Swiss NLA titles in four seasons with the Therwil Flyers before rebuilding the fifth-place Zurich Challengers into Swiss Champions in just two seasons.

Sanjeevan Raj Gurung, Adult League/15U Leagues Coordinator

A former standout Cricket player, Sanjeevan is the assistant to the Director of Baseball Operations. He is responsible for organizing the Adult and 15U Leagues and is the BBSA liaison with the Bhutan Olympic Committee, the World Baseball Softball Confederation, the International Olympic Committee, and the Baseball Federation of Asia.

Choki Tenzin, Marketing Coordinator

Choki is a recent college graduate with a sports background. A skilled soccer athlete, he is another young BBSA coach with a bright future. He is an integral part of the Baseball Department and also serves as the Marketing Coordinator.

Jigdrel Wangchuk, Youth Leagues Coordinator

Jigdrel is a former cricket player and a player/assistant coach for the Senior National Baseball Team. He organizes the U8, U10, and U12 youth baseball and softball leagues, and is also the Equipment and Promotions Coordinator.

Tshering Zangmo, Softball Program Coordinator

Tshering is a former district women’s cricket player, who has also worked as a cricket grassroots coach and district women’s coach. She is the head of the BBSA Softball Department and responsible for developing the softball programs.
