Opening day highlights of 2022 BBSA three-day Summer Baseball Camp.
The first day of the Bhutan Baseball and Softball Association (BBSA) three-day 15U Summer Baseball Camp got off to a rousing start on Wednesday, August 17, with 36 participants at Changlimithang National Stadium.
The 15U Summer Baseball Camp consists of boys who participated in the recently concluded 15U Bhutan Amateur Baseball League, and also boys who are interested in learning how to play baseball.
The camp, which is led by BBSA International Coach Marvin Moore along with Bhutanese coaches Choki Tenzin, Jigdrel Wangchuk, and Pratap Cameyon, provides participants an opportunity to improve their baseball fundamentals, and is also a path of selection for the Bhutan 15U National Baseball Team.
The BBSA is the national governing body for baseball and softball in Bhutan, and is a member of the Bhutan Olympic Committee and the World Baseball Softball Confederation.
