Bhutan: BBSA hosts World Happiness Foundation for Softball Games

THIMPHU - The Bhutan Baseball and Softball Association (BBSA) hosted a group from the World Happiness Foundation for a pair of exhibition softball games on Saturday, Oct. 8, at Changlimithang Football Stadium in Thimphu.

The softball exhibition game featured baseball players from Taba Lower Secondary School and softball players from the 15U Girls Fastpitch League.

"It was a fun night for the kids and our guests," said Tshering Zangmo, BBSA Head Softball Coach. "Everyone had a good time playing softball and making new friends."

The World Happiness Foundation is a non-profit organization based in Florida that aims to support those leaders and institutions that are making the world a happier place for humans.

The BBSA is the national governing body for baseball and softball in Bhutan, and is a member of the Bhutan Olympic Committee and the World Baseball Softball Confederation.
