Bhutan: Baseball, Softball National Team Trainings Set

The BBSA will conduct national team training for U18 Baseball, U18 Softball, and Senior Baseball on Feb. 6, 8, and 10 at the Motithang HSS sports ground.

The U18 baseball squad will train from 9 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. each day, while the U18 softball girls will take the field from 11:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. The senior baseball team will practice from 2 p.m. until 4:30 p.m.

The national teams are in the process of developing their throwing fundamentals, executing cutoffs and relays, and improving their baseball and softball IQ.

“These kids are making good progress and I am excited to see how much they grow this year,” said Marvin Moore, the BBSA international coach. “I have high expectations for these three teams because these kids have excellent potential.”
