Bhutan Baseball: Dechencholing Battles Royal Bhutan Bodyguard

Dechencholing Higher Secondary School will square off against Royal Bhutan Bodyguard Sunday at 9:30 a.m.

THIMPHU - The fifth week of action in the Royal Insurance Corporation of Bhutan 18U Men's Baseball League continues on Sunday with a tripleheader at the Motithang Higher Secondary School sports ground.

Dechencholing Higher Secondary School will square off against Royal Bhutan Bodyguard in the opening game at 9:30 a.m.

Taba Lower Secondary School will battle Druk School in the second game at 12 noon, while Loselling Middle Secondary School will battle Thimphu Baseball Club in the final matchup at 2:30 p.m.

The RICB 18U Men's Baseball League is sponsored by the Royal Insurance Corporation of Bhutan and co-sponsors include Number 7 Olakha, First Floor Restaurant and Bar, Hutah Dairy, and Hayate.

The league is organized by the Bhutan Baseball and Softball Association (BBSA), the national governing body for baseball and softball in Bhutan, and is a member of the Bhutan Olympic Committee and the World Baseball Softball Confederation.
